Melting Pot Luck is our Meal Prep Group, here in Memphis, TN. In our group we work together, as a cooperative, to prepare and cook delicious homemade meals. The main goal is to provide members with healthy meal options, geared around their lifestyle, while working together to save costs versus splurging or buying meals out on a consistent basis.

Weekly Menu
As a Melting Pot Luck Member, you will receive a menu weekly. Menu options will include which options work with in your blood type diet. Meal Pick-Up and Delivery will be arranged with in your Melting Pot Luck Group.

Breakfast Options:
1.) Tacos (with Bacon, Refried Beans, Egg & Cheese),
2.) Oatmeal with Trail Mix, French Toast,
3.) Veggie Omelette (Peppers, Onions, & Spinach) with Toast,
4.) Egg & Avocado Toast with Hummus,
